Meet Jeff Lewis’ New Intern: 5-Month-Old Daughter Monroe

Might as well start ’em early.

The Flipping Out star and designer showed off his sweet 5-month-old daughter, Monroe Christine, on social media today, captioning the shot: “My new intern.”

No word on whether she prefers mid-century or modern, but she’s clearly into florals.

Lewis and his partner, Gage Edward, welcomed Monroe via surrogate on Oct. 25. She is the first child for both.

Since then, Lewis has taken to Instagram to share adorably funny posts about their expanding family.

The journey to fatherhood, however, wasn’t always this rosy.

“This has been a three or four-year process for us,” Lewis told People in May after announcing they were expecting. “There were so many obstacles along the way, but there’s a happy ending. I can’t tell you how grateful and appreciative we are.”
