It seems Neil Patrick Harris can just about do it all — he acts, sings, dances, makes us laugh, raises a beautiful family AND … has great taste, as you can see from the pictures of the NYC townhouse that he and his husband David Burtka are selling for a cool $7.3 million, now that they’ve decamped to the less crowded neighborhood of East Hampton.

It’s palatial by any standards, but especially by Manhattan standards, with 8,000 square feet that is home to four bedrooms, four full baths, a library, a secret office, a bar area, a private movie theater and two half-baths. (As a mom who works from home with all the chaos that comes with that, I am particularly intrigued by the “secret office.”)

A good amount of outdoor space is included in the historic home, as well, including a backyard garden. There’s also a deck on the third floor, an outdoor Jacuzzi off the primary suite and a rooftop entertaining area with a pergola and barbecue. Altogether, that’s 2,000 square feet of additional outdoor space–practically unheard of in the city.

Neil and David gave a tour of the brownstone and shared some of its colorful history with Architectural Digest:
